Aintree Race course, hosting the world famous Grand National and other race meetings, is only 15 minutes away. There are lovely walks and stunning sunsets on the doorstep along the Sefton Coastal path, including Antony Gormley's renowned statues, 'Another Place', the red squirrels at Formby Nature Reserve (National Trust) and the Cheshire Lines cycle track. The Beach House has a pleasant private garden with views over the golf course and is ideally situated for a walk on the beach. The lounge was very spacious and made you want to just sit and enjoy the calming space. Being so close to both the beach and the local train station, made it the ideal place to travel to/from. The host (Lynn) ensured our stay was very enjoyable (sorry I didn't meet you when you popped in). I'll certainly be re-booking for personal and business related visits. ##### Steve L. The bed is very comfortable and all amenities well catered for, shower and toilets upstairs and down. Kitchen and dining area excellent and lounge very spacious and comfortable. Lynne was very helpful and provided us with a map for cycling in the area, we covered 50 miles in the three days here and enjoyed every minute. A lovely place to come back to. ##### Gail B. The Beach House was a wonderful place. A lovely space inside and out with excellent views over the golf course and crosby beach, which is only a 2 minute walk.
