Le logement et le batiment sont dans un etat correct et la proximité des services et commerces sont tres pratiques. La construction est ancienne et l'insonorisation pourrait etre meilleure. La presence de l'ascenseur est appreciable sans doute mais rend les arrivees des locataires plutot bruyantes, le soir notamment. De nombreuses places de parking sont mises à disposition. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute de toute suggestion et sympathique. Tous les commerces sont à moins de 5 mn à pied. De nombreuses activités sont proposés en été pour tous les âges. Nous avons pu randonner tous les jours et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire dans un rayon de moins de 30 km ( Gorges, monastères, lacs, sources, églises et chapelles, vieux villages, etc...). Il est vraiment cosy ! Nous avons apprécié le balcon et sa vue, très agréable après une journée de marche. Il est aussi très bien situé proche de tous les équipements et un peu en retrait donc très au calme.
