Fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy and comfortable studio. For 2 people in a queen bed although a 3rd person might sleep on the couch (not as confortable, since couch is cute for seating mainly) or a third person can sleep in an inflatable twin matress. Also, guests have a separate and private entrance to the place with self check in. Our place It’s 20min to the strip and 10min to the Speedway. Shopping centers and restaurants are pretty close by as well. It has a full bath, a kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things to cook your food. Access fo WIFI, and a Smart TV with Prime, Disney, Netflix and other free channels. The set up the place was great - large TV was in line with bed and couch. We were all able to watch a movie together. The kitchen was set up nicely, with all the perks of a rental -plates, silverware, coffee, fridge (only had a hot plate, but the kettle was enough for us to make ramen).The sofa bed was low for me, but both my husband and teen fell asleep on it without any issues!
