The fun begins at the Lake Life Lookout waterfront condo! This beautiful condo features 2 bedrooms and a gorgeous lakefront balcony with lake and pool views. Prime location on mile-marker 2 off Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the strip! The complex offers elevators to the units and pools (NO STAIRS), 3 pools, two hot tubs, multiple public grills and a 12x32 boat slip available for rent! Kitchen and Dining Area This open concept kitchen has all the essentials to prepare meals and a K-cup coffee maker. There is a breakfast bar with four barstools and a dining table with seating for 6\. Living Room The living area features a couch, loveseat, chairs, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open up onto the lake front balcony. Master Suite The master suite features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, closet, and a flat screen TV. Double doors open up into the master bathroom which features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, wardrobe, closet, and a flat screen TV. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Outside Out on the lakefront balcony you will find a patio table with seating for four, two wicker chairs, a wicker egg chair, and a flat top gas BBQ grill! Dock There is a 12x32 boat slip available for rent! \*\*Please note the fireplace is not useable by guest. \*\*The hot tubs and outdoor pools are not open between Sept - May Neighborhood Description The Monarch Cove complex features 3 pools, two hot tubs, and a community dock. This complex is centrally located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, H-Toads, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knockers and so much more. There are also boat rentals nearby! EV charging is available just 5 minutes away at Dierbergs and Hy-Vee. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. Place was clean overall but it was hairs in the tub and shower walls. The smell was not great due to the water being shut off to prevent pipes bursting prior to our stay. Manager stated that it will go away once water was flowing longer in the condo. But it was a horrible smell to deal with. The fireplace or jetted tub did not work. OVERALL nice place and host was apologetic and made good the best she could minus one thing. I’m not a big and spider person so I cleaned the deck furniture in order to take advantage of the space. Two items to think about if renting: 1) The primary tub is a jacuzzi tub and very tall to step into for a shower. 2) The refrigerator does not have an ice maker and the ice trays supplied had not been filled. I filled them for the next guest. Big plus was the room darkening shades!!! It was a grest condo and I would certainly rent the space again. ##### Kim F.
