* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house - $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* PETS - $100 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Pets allowed: Dogs and/or cats. No bigger than 20 pounds.

Wonderful Place & Hosts!
I come down often for business, this is my third time staying in one of their properties and I have been happy every time! I will not go back to a hotel in this area as long as they have one of their property’s available.
