Turning Stone has always been my favorite. I was highly disappointed this time the staff was very rude housekeeping was very rude. Also I had an issue with my room and nobody even came up the whole night so I just gave up and just was only one night stay, so I didn’t even bother calling again.

I like the fact that every thing you spend for your stay goes on your rewards card to.earn points. No other area casino does that. I will always choose Turningstone to any other casino.

We had a very nice stay. We went to see the band Home Free they were great. We circled around the resort, staff was very friendly . It’s clean and well maintained. A nice selection of restaurants . We ate at update and pino restaurants and snacked at emerald all were pleasant. My only recommendation is the bed in our room needs an upgrade mattress.

We stayed at the Lodge which was nice. I booked this room due to the "pillow top" beds. We are use to sleeping on sleep number beds. Their "pillow top" beds were hard. Due to my arthritis I need a very good bed. I may have gotten 4 hours of sleep. If I had known they were this hard, I would have brought a 3" memory foam topper.
