Das Häuschen ist wirklich so, wie es sich auf den Fotos darstellt: schnuckelig, charmant, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der große gepflegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die sehr nette und sympathische Vermieterin wohnt im Nachbarhäuschen. Das Häuschen liegt in einer ländlichen und sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Für Ausflüge muss man deshalb einige Anfahrtszeit in Kauf nehmen, das ist der einzige kleine Wehrmutstropfen. Zu erwähnen sind die Betten, die auf die französische Art und Weise gemacht sind: sprich Bettlaken und Überdecke sind über das Bett gespannt und an den Seiten unter die Matratze gestopft, sodaß eine Art Umschlag entsteht, in den man dann (zu zweit) hineinschlupft. Het huis, de ligging, de prachtige grote omheinde tuin, de super vriendelijke eigenaren, alles klopte! Het huis is in werkelijkheid groter en mooier dan op de foto’s. Het huis is heel landelijk gelegen, op slechts 10 minuten rijden van een prachtig stadje, Pont-Audemer. Wij hebben nu plannen om hier volgend jaar maar liefst 6 weken te verblijven.
