Located in River Run Village, this 1BR Keystone condo (sleeps 4) is steps to the gondola leading to Keystone Resort, with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Enjoy access to Buffalo Lodge amenities including a heated pool, sauna and hot tubs. INSIDE THE CONDO This 4th floor unit is accessible via elevator. Step directly into your open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. On the right, a well-stocked kitchen features a range of gleaming all-black appliances, including an electric stove-oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooks will appreciate lots of handy extra gadgets including a rice cooker, steamer and blender. After a day on the mountains, kick back in front of a 40” TV in the living area. There’s a comfy sleeper sofa and armchair to snuggle up on, while a large stone fireplace keeps the room toasty warm on chilly evenings. Beside the sofa, a small wooden dining table offers room for 4 to share meals. When eyes feel heavy, retreat to the queen-size bed in your master bedroom. There’s a 32” flat-screen opposite the bed, while a tall dresser and closet offer ample storage space. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a single sink vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Outdoors, a small private balcony overlooking River Run Village offers fabulous mountain views – always there to tempt you to grab your skis and hit the slopes! THE LOCATION Set in the heart of River Run Village, this rental is the ultimate base for a skiing vacation. From your front door, it’s just a 2-minute walk to the gondola leading to the slopes of Keystone Resort. You’re also surrounded by ski rental stores, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Across the parking lot from the complex, you can glide around the 7,200-square-foot Dercum Square Ice Rink with day and night skating. Arriving in summer? The rink is transformed into a Putt-Putt course. Just a 15-minute drive away, picture-perfect Dillon Reservoir offers opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking and hiking amid a glorious landscape of soaring pines and mountains. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The mattress was quite comfortable. It is obvious the owner hasn't put a penny in to maintaining their unit. I did preview the prior guest's reviews and there was a mention of check in hassle, so I did read the check in instructions twice, but still encountered a lot of difficulty obtaining the key card. Vacasa sent us the wrong code for the door lock and we waited over 20 minutes on hold before they answered our call. Email with driving directions was just a repeat of how to get the keys and enter the condo. Garbage disposal was very loud and toilet did not flush completely unless we held the handle down several seconds. Otherwise it was great. Location was great! Condo needs much improvement in many areas. Not the cleanest place floors very dirty, dishes not clean, blind wands dirty. Furnishings very old and dated. Pillows on the bed were very old and we had to request new ones as they were so bad. The heat in the condo does not seem to be controlled by the wall unit as it was so hot int he unit you have to open the windows. Kitchen not that stocked so if you are wanting to prepare your own food be aware down to the lack of glasses even for water. No humidifiers that most condos provide in Colorado as it is a must. Anyone who lives here knows this. Sliding door does not lock luckily you are on the 4th floor. No key for ski lockers. This is not our first time in Keystone and many of the issues were not a big deal but when you combine it with the overall experience we would not stay in this condo again.
