Guest Registration and Check-In Process: Rental and Guest Registration Form: Guests are required to submit the Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground. Office Registration: All renters and guests must personally register with a Reservation Specialist upon arrival. Photo ID Requirement: Renters and guests must provide a valid photo ID at the time of registration, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration form. Late Submission Fee: If a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $25.00, which will then be charged to the guest. Check-In Information:Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations. Rules and Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to all rules listed in the provided campground Rules and Regulations document, with particular attention to the Quiet Hour rule, which prohibits loud music or noise after 10:00 PM. Occupancy Limit: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 people, including the owner and other occupants already on the property. Marina and Boat Slips: The maximum boat size allowed is 25’ x 8.5’ x 2.5’. After check-in, renters must contact the office directly to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking. Insurance and registration for both the boat and trailer must be provided prior to arrival. Additional Information: Jet Ski Policy: Jet skis or wave runners are NOT permitted within the campground. Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-47 per day, plus taxes, with a one-time ramp fee of $21\. Please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability. Important Notes: Nature Surroundings: Our property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. While we maintain a monthly pest control service, guests may still encounter bugs, especially after prolonged periods of rain. Gate Card Deposit: Upon check-in, a gate card will be provided by the front desk, requiring a $50 deposit. Please return the gate card to the front desk on the day of your check-out. The checking in was a little confusing because the campground has a different process but once we figured it out all went smoothly. We had one issue once with water pressure and the property manager immediately helped. Tv and internet service was great. Location beautiful! Staff at the campground were very friendly! The place had a few dings but overall we were so thankful we could stay together with our pets. Bij aankomst bleken allebei de gasflessen leeg te zijn. Ook was het tapijt in het woongedeelte nat en vies bruin door waarschijnlijk een lekkage. In de achterste slaapkamer lag ook een plasje water en was de vloer niet goed. Je had het gevoel dat je er doorheen zakte. Ook was in de achterste badkamer de houder voor de douchekop afgebroken. Op de eerste avond heb ik hierover gelijk contact opgenomen met de eigenaar. De ochtend daarna ontvingen we een nieuwe gastank. Ze kon dan maandag een technisch persoon langsturen voor de andere problemen, want die was op zondag niet beschikbaar. Helaas is er niemand langsgekomen en hebben we hierover niets meer gehoord. We ontvingen alleen standaard berichten over bijv, de checkout. We verbleven hier van zaterdag tot dinsdag. ##### Ursula V. The park staff was very friendly and eager to help whenever we had questions or needed anything. The location is great with a Publix Supermarket (and a liquor store!) virtually within walking distance. The unit itself was pretty much as advertised. A little more "worn" than the photos depict, but certainly clean, functional and comfortable. There was a small leak during a torrential downpour at the rear slideout. I'm not even sure if the host is aware, but in any case, it was not too disruptive to our stay. Overall, I would give it a 4.9 out of 5\. We appreciated the security and friendly hosts, the location is conveniently near the highway/restaurants/shops/fun activities but still felt peaceful, and it was great to have specific quiet hours in the park. The amenities were well-stocked and the home in general is quite comfy. We loved sitting out at the table and bird-watching in the mornings and star-gazing at night. It would be best for a small family or a few very close friends; it was perfect for just two of us but probably not good for people who need more space. The only reason I didn't give five starts was that the beds were uncomfortable, hard mattress with a dip in the middle. The two little beaches in the park are a great place to watch the sunset or put in a kayak, not really for swimming, but hey it's the Keys, there are tons of swimmable beaches nearby! Would definitely stay here again if they replace the mattresses. ##### abbie d. My go to place to stay is the Key Largo Kampground. It is centrally located, walking distance to Publix, shops, restaurants. And if you spend time in the Kampground there are many things to do, swim, kayak, bicycle, activities for kids. And when Catalina's site is available I like to stay there. It is centrally located in the Kampground making a short walk to the pool, laundry, beach, ample parking. Quiet and peaceful. Try it. ##### Brian P. We're interested in a larger camping trailer so this rental helped us experience a large trailer. The place is in good condition, has everything you need to cook meals including a hot oven. Lots of activities in the campground and its a great place to stay while exploring the Keys. Publix grocery within walking distance along with other stores. ##### Jim D. The main problem were the beds, they need replaced! The master bedroom is like a pullout couch with a very thin mattress and a hard bump in the middle. Linens, towels provided. Min kitchen items and supplies. We had to buy trash bags, toliet paper and general cleaner. Main bath small with shower. No sum biugs were bad at night. Kayaks were a plus. Close to restaurants and parks. Back bathroom very cramped with small sink and shower.
