### Apartment 'Olpenitz' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Olpenitz, this 80 sqm apartment welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms featuring comfortable box spring beds and Smart TVs. One bedroom offers a double bed while the other has 2 single beds that can be pushed together. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with a Thermomix, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private sauna, washing machine, and a cozy living area with fireplace and home entertainment system. A baby bed and highchair are provided for families.  
  
Step outside to enjoy 2 private covered terraces with sea views, a private grill, beach chair, and access to a shared garden. The spacious bathroom features underfloor heating, walk-in shower, and infrared sauna for relaxation after beach days.  
  
Parking is available at the property and on the street with an electric vehicle charger accessible. Up to 2 dogs are welcome but must be registered in advance. A mobile fence, dog cushion, and bowls are provided for your pets, though bringing your own is recommended. Dogs are not permitted on beds or sofas. Shared bike storage is available, and the apartment features step-free interior access.  
  
The apartment is within walking distance of Weidefelder Strand with beach chair rental, dog beach, and naturist area. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and long dog walks with minimal traffic, making it ideal for children to play and make friends. Whale watching in the harbor is possible with luck. Please note that construction work may occasionally occur in the resort area, and smoking indoors and parties are not allowed.
