"Property has residents but is quiet. Kitchen is good. Many places within walking distance for groceries and restaurants. Beach Trail is a nice to walk and access to ocean easy if you want to get in the ocean. TV was beyond my patience to work but other had no problem. Clean and parking close to steps to the upstairs unit."
