Rare, top-floor on ocean side of a building with only four units. Remodeled and fresh. Overlooks paved, 9-mile coastal biking/walking path, sunning beach, and ocean cove. End unit, Second (top) floor with front and back lanais. Each with seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and view of ocean bay with sunning beach. Enjoy morning coffee while looking at the sparkling ocean and oceanfront path. Upgraded, 2-bedroom with uncluttered, modern look. New flooring, new kitchen, new tiled bath, new beds and dressers.
