Rare, top-floor on ocean side of a building with only four units. Remodeled and fresh. Overlooks paved, 9-mile coastal biking/walking path, sunning beach, and ocean cove. End unit, Second (top) floor with front and back lanais. Each with seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and view of ocean bay with sunning beach. Enjoy morning coffee while looking at the sparkling ocean and oceanfront path. Upgraded, 2-bedroom with uncluttered, modern look. New flooring, new kitchen, new tiled bath, new beds and dressers. Ideal getaway for those seeking a fresh, relaxing vacation home with ocean breezes flowing from back lanai to front door. Remodeled kitchen has beautiful, acacia wood countertop, open shelving. And is well-equipped for a preparing a vacation meal. Indoor dining enjoyed on peninsula with quartz countertop and bar-height seating for 4\. The back lanai accommodates 2 for casual dining and views of ocean, greenbelt and oceanfront path The living area has a flat-screen TV, double-bed sofa futon. Bedrooms have new queen beds and windows that invite ocean breezes. One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath. A convenient coin-operated laundry is steps away from the unit. Free parking is in front of the unit. Guest parking is readily available. There are no resort fees. Beach equipment includes boogie boards, some snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs. Grocery stores and restaurants are along the walking path. High-end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (100 yards). There is a small two-story resort on the ocean front. This complex is adjacent to the paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rentals are available nearby. Enjoy the privacy of a unit in a a four plex building with private lanais. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Resorts have public access to beach. A few things for the owner to consider:1/4 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week was under rated. Same for paper towels. I would have preferred a new sponge as well as I have no idea what the one left there had been through. Bathroom floor had lots of extra hair and the toilet had several attached. Shower curtain is too short and needed constant adjustment. It also has mold on it. Kitchen stove burners need adjustment. On another note, we appreciated the use of the cooler, chairs and extra beach towels. The location was nice for morning walks and access to shopping and the main road.Oh yes. We found a live roach in the fridge on the top shelf of the door. No idea how it got there. We had little food and we ate out most meals. The location of this listing is also great since it’s close to everything. The beach stuff that the host left on the balcony is useful. We took sunrise walks and ran along the path way right outside the condo! Also took a night stroll to star gaze at night it was amazing! The condo is located in the middle of everything. A short drive south to Poipu Beach and also not too far to drive north to Hanalei. Having 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bath for our family of 4 was just right. The living room was spacious & comfy for relaxing and watching TV. We sat outside on the lanai enjoying breakfast and coffee a few mornings too. The only improvement I would recommend is to update the beach chairs they were rusted and out dated. Also the shower curtain was moldy. The dresser drawers were flimsy, but the closet had enough space to accommodate our clothes. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small touches like coffee, spices, salt and pepper already in the kitchen to use for cooking. Beach towels were also provided and useful since we went to the beach everyday. Instead of walking down the path to the beach take a right when leaving the area and go one street over. Less steep and swimmable. It’s Hawaii so we were really only there to eat breakfast and sleep.
