Outside there is a private patio area and a shared fire pit area. You can make a bonfire at night and star gaze or it's a short walk to the Saloon Bar for a quick bite to eat or drink. Frank was very responsive on the app. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe, our car was full of our stuff while we move out east and it wasn't disturbed. Couple of very good restaurants nearby. I mention that because it's not the typical part of this area that we book places. We usually like to be further away from the main road for quiet, safety, and darker skies. This spot is right downtown JT. It is very convenient to get to the National Park and all the local shops, restaurants, and bars. The home is a split property and we were lucky nobody was next door. It would be a different experience if there was somebody in the other unit because of how close you'd be to them. The inside was remodeled well and it provides a comfortable stay. Outside is decent enough but there is garbage everywhere all around the property driveway and in the road. It's not a big deal, but it is noticeable.
