It has 2 cozy bedrooms to wind down, a full eat in kitchen and comfortable living area. Within walking distance to parks & shops Located near UHS Hospitals, Binghamton University, BCC, Enjoy Golf Course, Binghamton Airport and many restaurants and shops. Close to Owego. Enjoy many restaurants like Tully\`s, Fire and Ice, The Pour House, etc. Convenient ego, Tioga Downs Casino, Endicott, Vestal and Binghamton. Enjoy this cozy, cottage-like home. It has 2 quaint bedrooms, comfortable living room and whimsical eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a smart tv. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget. Free, safe parking. 1 spot on site. Other vehicles must park on Willow St. around the corner. Bus stop outside at the front of the building. Driveway is first come first serve and is shared with upper apartment. No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed.
