Would definitely stay here again. The property was very good. The property managers had very good communication and very fast at responding. The view was gorgeous. Had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

#### Hidden gem with an amazing view!

My husband and I wanted to explore Jacksonville and it's beaches over a long weekend. We wanted to be central to the city, but have a water view. We found this hidden gem and are so happy we booked it! This is located in a super cool historic community across the river from downtown Jacksonville. The neighborhood is quiet and charming with winding roads and historical homes that face the river. This unit is like an apartment that is part of the larger home. It is exactly as described online. It is an older home, but has been updated and well decorated. The view from the porch off the master bedroom is amazing. The backyard and dock overlooking the river and downtown Jacksonville is relaxing and a treat. The owner even had a sweet kitty that came to say hello while we were on the dock. The kitchen is well appointed. We ate lunches out, but ate dinner at the rental each evening and had what we needed. It was perfect for the two of us, but there is a hideaway bed if you have more than two in your party. I highly recommend this rental! We will be back.
