Newly remodeled and very clean 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen. We have a 30-day minimum rental requirement with no exceptions.
Are you ready to have your dream beach vacation? Relax at the beach, and enjoy nearby historic Centre Street in downtown Fernandina. Have fun on the highly recommended 2-hour boat tour. Horseback riding on the beach and golfing on one of the most picturesque barrier islands along the East Coast. This is an excellent location that is within walking distance of so much to do or you can just rest and relax on the beautiful beach. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom vacation rental. You can walk over to Main Beach Park with the skateboard park and the mini-golf or Fort Clinch State Park. Enjoy fishing, museums, historic lighthouses, fabulous foods, Pirate Playground, and so much more this small island offers. Dog friendly. Walk to the beautiful beach in less than 145 steps or less than 45 seconds. No smoking inside. Strong signal WIFI & basic cable from Comcast.

So relaxing

Very relaxing stay. Perfect location - walk to beach bar, restaurant & Yoga on the Beach - close to Fort Clinch - beach is literally across the street. Couldn’t be any more convenient. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Nicely decorated, plenty of towels & fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds & nice linens. Loved it!

My youngest daughter and I were in town for a family wedding. The accommodation was clean and as advertised. You could hear the hear ocean for the front porch and the beach was a very short walk away. The location was very close to everything. Such a charming little town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Life's a Beach

Cute townhouse. Perfect location. We were 3 adults and two dogs. Plenty of room for us all. Had a great time. Owners were very friendly and nice. Will return.

The property was less than a block from the Beach Access point 4N. You could hear the ocean from the front door. The patio out front was shaded by noon or you could sit on the side deck and enjoy the sunshine. We loved this location so much. Right at Main Beach, we could walk to 2 restaurants, Sand Bar and Salt Life. Our 5-day stay was delightful!

We had a good time exploring the island during our stay. Craig was accommodating and informative on the happenings in the region. The neighbors were friendly too and informative about the island lifestyle! The weather was a bit iffy at times but overall a great experience!

Perfect quiet getaway

Fernandina Beach is the cutest. All the people are so friendly and sweet. The apartment was so cozy and convenient. There were plenty of clean sheets and towels, and the beds were super comfy. Being so close to the beach was also great.

Excellent location

There is a beach access less than 100 feet from the front door! The beds were super comfortable, plenty of pillows, washer and dryer is a big plus for us, and it was pet friendly. We come to Fernandina Beach every year and we will definitely be staying here in the future!

My getaway was the best.

You must rent this house so.very nice. We love the host. Sally and Craig. And #2 dogs.my son just love Craig. He help him with the fishing and also with the grill for cooking out .we had a ball .see you all next year.

I booked this as a trip for my family. We had such a great time. The house was perfect for the four of us and was very accommodating. The beach was just a short walk away and everything is so close. We enjoyed drinking coffee out front in the mornings and we even used the grill to cook out. Wish our stay was longer!

Easy convenient check in/out process

We visit Amelia Island each summer with family. This was our first time staying on the North end of Fletcher and we enjoyed the location! One of our favorite places to eat is Salt Life and we were happy to be so close to it. Easy access to the beach and only a short walk.
