Comfy Mayo Retreat; Heated Pool, Close to Beach

Palms Bungalow is a 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home, only 1 mile from Mayo Clinic and 3 miles from Jacksonville Beach. This one story home features a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. Palms Bungalow offers 2 lounging areas, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. All 3 bedrooms have smart TV's, with cable in living rooms and primary suite. Step outside to a large covered porch, a sparkling heated pool, and a gas grill with provided propane. Just one house away from Isle of Palms Park, this bungalow is perfect for families.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
