We had a very relaxing stay at this comfortable lake front home. The view was lovely, furniture very comfortable, and we love finding dog friendly properties to stay at. We used the canoe to go for a paddle and really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return to this property!
Great location on the lake, short drive to many restaurants. The house is very nicely decorated, with a lot of thoughtful touches such as 2 kinds of coffee makers, robes in the bathrooms, and supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Owners have great taste, furnishings and artwork were lovely. We had a wonderful stay.

Breathtaking!
This property was absolutely stunning. The breathtaking views made our vacation a staycation. The house was great and super clean, with the only downside being the guest bathroom door does not lock. Other than that, a fabulous stay - will definitely be returning!
Simply a beautiful property with every detail thought of and included! My wife is disabled so the open concept of the entire property was amazing for ease of moving around! The HUGE shower and easy entry was such a benefit for her! EVERY amenity in the kitchen is provided (We ate in every night) and I wish I could have taken that amazing fridge home! LOLOLOL!!! Morning coffee and evening sunsets on the patio were spectacular!!! Our adult children loved the kayaks and exploring! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful, newly renovated home. The home is actually better in person than in pictures and had every amenity a family of 6 adults would need. We loved the yard and ability to walk right into the lake as well as the availability of kayaks and a canoe (with life jackets and paddles) to explore. There are also tubes which we did not use as we had purchased our own. We cooked every day and the kitchen is well equipped and perfectly arranged. Common spaces (inside and out) are huge, comfortable and have amazing views of the lake. Ditto with the 3 king-sized bedrooms. If we visit Lake Champlain in the future, we would definitely stay here again! Only negative side is dealing with Vacasa as they are not as easy to communicate with as Vrbo with whom we booked.
We had a short amazing 2 day visit as a family of 6 with a dog. The house was perfectly stocked with everything you can ask for a great lake visit. The easy access to the lake and new fire pit 10 feet from the shore made for two spectacular days and nights. It didn't hurt that it was 85 degrees with no humidity both days. Vacasa did a great job with few questions we did have.
The house was roomy and very comfortable. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of us in our party. We did have a problem overnight with the temperature dropping low in the living room, but the owners immediately addressed the situation and had a personnel on the property to fix the problem. They also brought us several space heaters to keep us warm while they fixed the problem. In all fairness, it was single-digit temperatures in December. Hopefully, we will make a return trip in the warmer weather.
House was on a perfect spot on the lake. No noise or impact from neighbors. We did have a hatch of bugs one night that came in through the AC units. House overall was clean but after we vacuumed it was noticeably cleaner. I would recommend this house to friends or family!! Great stay overall.

Beautiful home!
We had a wonderful two-night stay - and didn't want to leave! We were three couples celebrating a total of 110 years of marriage (40+40+30) and we truly loved this place. The peaceful quiet of the area is what we were after. We had two dogs who had never experienced a grass lawn to play on and we all enjoyed watching them chase each other around, having the time of their lives. The owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay enjoyable - from the Keurig coffee selection and other coffee making options, to robes and air conditioners in each room, to the fire ring and deck each with seating for six, to the boat launch and dock, to the dog bed with toys and fenced dog area and lush lawn. The kitchen, bedrooms, dining room and living room are beautifully furnished and well appointed with everything you need to cook, relax and melt into the comfort of this home. And the views from throughout the house are gorgeous. Our only complaint, not enough time this time. We all agree - we'll be back!
It is very rare for me to rate a property as 5 stars, but this place deserves it. As another reviewer said, it's even better than the pictures. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped. This was the most pet-friendly rental we've ever stayed in. There were dog bowls, a bed, and even a bunch of dog toys. Really wonderful. Our pupper enjoyed the property, including romping in the shallow water. And we enjoyed the peace of mind of the portion of the yard that's fenced off, which was even accessible via doggy door. (I will note that it may not be secure enough for very small dogs, but that would depend how persistent your pup would be in trying to squeeze under the fence. Also, depending on the time of year, crabapples drop into the yard, so we were sure to pick those up before letting our dog free in the fence.)My mother-in-law uses a roller walker and can't do steps at all, and she was easily able to access all parts of the property, including getting down from the deck onto the grass and down to the fire pit. This was an extremely quiet property, as well. It may have been the time of year, since we were there in September. We would happily come back!
