Built in two floors: living room and 1 bathroom in the ground level, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. With a terrace and a garden. Located just 200 meters distance from the beach. Close to bars and restaurants. Great for vacations with friends or family.



Guests can be accommodated at three bedrooms on the upper floor. There is one bathroom upstairs as well, very big one indeed and with a cabin shower.

The living room is located on the ground floor with Smart TV Set. That is next to the kitchenette equipped with all appliances and a well organized dinning area with a big table and 8 chairs. Another bathroom located in the ground floor as well.

Guests can enjoy the meals inside or at the terrace outside, where there is a swing as well.

In the terrace you will find garden furniture: small table together with comfortable chairs (made of rattan) that create a very inviting atmosphere perfect to enjoy a bottle of wine or Korca beers with friends and family.

The garden is looked after by our gardeners and it has flowers as well. It looks over other neighbors' garden. You will find it green at summer and winter.

Our team will be meeting you in person when arrive to get the keys.

The villa is located in the wonderful Perla Resort. It has 24 h security. The area is suitable for great holiday with family or friends. The resort and surroundings offer a lot of services. A market is located in the resort's center. The pool is also available for the guests with an extra charge.



Dedicated parking place next to the villa provided to the tenants for free.
