We had such great customer service from Hameed! So friendly and very accommodating. All the staff at this hotel has gone above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed in on this trip. Wonderfully clean updated rooms. The street can be noisy at times but the staff and cleanliness of hotel make a up for it.

Would Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking be slightly away from the hustle and bustle. It is a quick uber to downtown and the skytrain is just a few blocks away as well. Good if you plan on visiting Vancouver with a car. VERY CLEAN and nice staff.

Pleasant stay, staff very personable, attentive to any concerns, clean, comfortable beds...5 minute walk to sky train which takes you to Vancouver, Surrey, and Coquitlam.
Convenient walk to Brentwood Shopping Centre…dining options close to hotel and restaurant at the hotel for breakfast…we would recommend and have stayed here several times.

Nice staff, nice room, everything was clean. Maybe a weird thing to notice, but the rooms had tons of places to plug things in, regular outlets, USB outlets, universal outlets, power bars. If you need to charge or power things, this is the place for you!
