The house was clean and as described. The only issue we had was the AC thermostat was locked and we could not adjust the temp in the house. The game room was a big hit with all ages. We loved the large dining room table. It was perfect for meals at home. The kitchen included everything for cooking meals. We enjoyed our grilling experience too- nice size and functional. The location by the park is perfect. We were able to walk to the playground, a restaurant, a few grocery and convenience stores. Getting downtown was very convenient. The sleeping areas were very nice. The apartment was detached from the main house and very lovely. This house/ apartment combination was wonderful. We appreciated the Christmas tree in the living room as a nice extra touch. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking several meals for a group of twelve--plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. All the rooms were attractive, orderly and comfortable. The game room was of course a hit. All around, we had a really great time. Just a couple pieces of constructive criticism--one is that the water from the faucet doesn't taste so hot and there didn't appear to be a working filter or anything. Also, there were only two dish towels and we couldn't find any extras. We were cooking a lot so they got dirty pretty fast--more would have been appreciated.
