Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a roof top deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset, a back yard with BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching, Central AC and heat Bedding:- All bedrooms are upstairs King in the master bedroom with full bathroom King in the second master bedroom and full size sofa bed with full bathroom. Bedroom 3: Kids room 4 single beds. One bunk bed (2 singles) and one single with one trundle bed underneath in the fourth bedroom. Bedroom 4 King bed with office desk 4th half bath downstairs. We absolutely loved this place very clean and anticipated staying here while training for the surf city Huntington Beach half marathon. It was such a blast, and the owners were very on top of. We had 3 couples and 2 kids and the house was plenty big enough. There are 3 outdoor entertaining areas, 2 massive indoor living / dining rooms & enough bathrooms for all. We had a problem with the TV's (our fault) and Mike came over immediately and fixed the problem. The only thing I would say is it would be great if there were more towels so we didn't have to keep washing but overall, it's a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend this! ##### Kathy G.
