5/5 Excellent
"The staff were great! We accidentally booked the wrong date on a non refundable and they were kind enough to help us resolve this issue. The rooms were great. Very convenient location. 2 minute walk from our parking garage. Parking garage was great, only paid $18 for the day and overnight. Also, conveniently there is a restaurant/bar with great food attached to hotel."

"Just left our long weekend stay at the Westin Copley Place and already want to return. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel was so welcoming and nice- especially at the bell hop and valet areas. We stayed in a suite and that was perfect for our young family of 5. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel seemed busy but not crowded. The elevators are quick. Super convenient location: we were able to walk to many places and use the T which was across the street. The hotel buffet continental breakfast was terrific. Good variety of options and it was all tasty.
Overall a 10/10 stay and will happily return for our next trip to Boston! "

"The bar and front office staff were incredibly helpful and happy to help. I believe Alexandra(spelling?) at the bar was extremely sweet and kind helping my husband and I at the bar ordering food and making us drinks. There was a receptionist whose name starts with a K I think sits at the desk to the right and she was AMAZING! I didn’t know how to write a review when I wanted and the trip was fresh in my mind so I apologize about the names! But they made the hotel better than we expected!"
