Le point fort d’un bed and breakfast est normalement le petit déjeuner mais pas ici : Certaines tasses étaient sales. Le Frigo est sale. Pas de charcuterie. Pas de fromage sauf philadelphia ( mais est-ce vraiment un fromage?). Pas de chaud (bacon, œufs, ...) et les plaques de cuisson ne peuvent pas être utilisées par les clients. Muffins surgelés. Jus d’orange tropicana. Jus de pomme en grande bouteille plastique et manquant certains jours. En suffisance : le café, les céréales, jus d’orange, yaourts. Vaut mieux être dans les premiers à arriver, les derniers n’auront plus grand chose. Absence totale de l’hôte y compris au petit déjeuner. (Ou même de quelqu’un) Pain en quantité insuffisante et surgelé. N’a de luxueux que le nom. C’est juste propre. Ce n’est pas quelques produits de salle de bain qui font le luxe. Cabine de douche trop étroite. Quelque chose d’étrange : le lit est très haut et même une chaise pliante dans la chambre est très haute. On ne sait pas profiter de la mer à cet endroit et notre chambre ne donnait pas vue sur l’eau. Enfin bien qu’à 30 kilomètres de Boston il faut compter près d’une heure pour rejoindre le centre à cause des embouteillages. En conclusion, si vous comptez sur un bon petit déjeuner et/ou sur du frais voire du chaud il ne faut pas venir ici. The greeter was super nice. However, there is limited dining in Hull after 8 pm. I upgraded for the fireplace and it didnt work. Called the 24/7 number and the only offer was to make an emergency call to the inn keeper. Well at 11 pm Im not going to do that so we went to bed listening to the clanking flag pole, wobbly fan and passing traffic. We knew the room was going to be small but the shower was extremely small. And we are average sized people not large. The backyard is not as nice as the photos and no one around to provide supplies for the fire pit in the photos. Also it’s not quiet to sit outside. Right next to the main road. My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this experience set the bar incredibly high! Our room and dedicated hallway bathroom were incredibly clean and cozy. When I had trouble opening the patio sliding door and it came off of the tracks, the hosts were very responsive and their maintenance man repaired it extremely fast! The location was perfect and very quiet, yet within very close distance to many restaurants and attractions in the area. You could easily walk, bike, and/or drive from this location. Parking was a breeze in the gravel driveway to the right of the home. My husband and I brought our bikes and our hosts allowed us to safely store them in the living room of the home. Our room did not have a mini fridge, but we were able to store food and drinks in the main kitchen fridge. Housekeeping was delightful and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks, chocolates, and water in our room. Couple things though to mention include that the heat thermostat did not seem to work. We like it a little warmer so we turned it up a bit but the temperature did not change in the room and nor did we hear the heat kick on at all during our stay. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't ideal either -also they only give you a very thin quilt type blanket which during the winter isn't quite enough for me. Other than that, for cleanliness overall facilities looked very clean but I noticed a couple things (which most people probably wouldnt notice) including some moldy spots in tub sliding door liner and shower especially the grout and around the under part of the sink. Also couple hairs on the pillow cases, as well as some stained towels. And just to clarify for those wondering the tub is a normal shower/tub combo but just with some jets. So not anything like the other tub pictured in the atlantic room (they didnt include pictures for this room of the tub so just to help people decide which room to book if that aspect matters). I liked that breakfast was included it was just standard like bagels, muffins, Keurig coffee, yogurts, and I thought was kind of funny they had sunnyD for OJ and hostess donuts. No extra water bottles in fridge fyi which would have been nice, you only get 2 in the room. Lastly, the wifi signal in the room was weak/slow according to the TV, so Netflix did not load/work.
