Great stay and weekend in the Norwood area….loved the hotel, nice beds and super clean. We had a super restful night. The only complaint was the breakfast - very limited and simple.

Great hotel if you're attending an event at Gillette Stadium. Its clean, staff are friendly. They offer free parking and continental breakfast which I was not a big fan of. Aside from that I would stay there again.

The property was super clean and the rooms were spacious and very clean as well. The only problem was the computer stop working for the employees to check us in so checking in the front took a while. Also when asking for extra sheets for the sofa, we did not receive them. We had to go downstairs to grab the sheets and it was given to us with a bit of attitude from the front desk people. Other than those two little minor issue, It was overall a great stay!

The rooms are good sized and clean however drawer storage is lacking . My only complaints are a very noisy AC unit in the room made sleeping a challenge. In addition the only elevator was out of commission for two days between the hours of 6:30 AM - 7;30 PM . This was particularly problematic as we had to climb 4 floors with groceries.

The woman who was there for both our check-in and check-out was lovely. Very pleasant and accommodating. We had a bit of trouble with the television in our room. Took a bit to get it to work which was a little frustrating for my husband who wanted to watch it. The room was clean and well stocked, but I found the bed a bit firm (I am a terrible sleeper even at home, so take that for what it’s worth). Overall a satisfactory experience with extra props to the staff who were really nice and welcoming.

I had a clogged sink that filled with water & hair (shaved hair) & very slow drainage (20 minutes). Sink left with hair all over. Absolutely disgusting. The thermostat read 81 degrees. Go to change it & it reverted back to 81 degrees on a high 80 degree day. I was told all the rooms are like that. You have to keep adjusting the thermostat? Who wants to keep doing that? I was told by the person at the front desk, the policy is "NO SWITCHING ROOMS". Poor Customer Service! I was expected to stay in that nasty room. The elevator broke down leaving people stranded in the basement between floors. I had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with my luggage when I left. I found another hotel, Comfort Inn, Rockford, MA (nice hotel, friendly staff, I highly recommend them). They were horrified of what I went through. They were very accommodating & friendly. They were sold out but they had a room with broken lock. They fixed it. That's excellent customer service. Whoever is operating the IHG Norwood, MA hotel needs to be schooled in proper treatment of guests & upkeep of the property. I asked for a refund & they denied it. They kept my money even though I didn't & couldn't stay there with those conditions. Stay Away! O. Lewis

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Took us some time to figure out how to get the room temperature adjusted, but it worked out fine in the end. The breakfast was typical hotel food, but good and the automatic pancake machine was pretty cool. It’s about a 40 min drive into downtown Boston.

Clean, kind staff, good breakfast

We arrived at the hotel after midnight. The front desk employee was professional and quick to check us in. Room was overall clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have an automatic pancake maker that I’ve never seen but having fresh pancakes was a bonus. The only issue we had was that our carpet appeared damp and sticky. We’re not sure if it was recently cleaned and just hadn’t dried. But the room did not smell and it was clean. Would stay again.

This is a nice property in quiet business park. I enjoyed my one night stay and would stay here again if I was in the area. Below I will list some of the things the property management should improve on to take this place over the top. - Staff is nice but don't go out of their way to make you feel special. They mostly spend their time in the office so you have to wait until they pop out to help you. Check-in process was fast and seamless since I had booked with Expedia and they had all my info. Key was ready for me and my request of a QUIET room was met. - Room was clean, beds were very comfortable and basically has everything you need to have a good night sleep. The bathroom was in nice as well except for the mold building up around the caulking in the shower, this was not a deal breaker for me but definitely something management should address. - Regarding breakfast, coffee tasted very good, eggs tasted like they were made from a powdered substance, turkey sausage was dry, pork sausage was good, best part of the breakfast. Everything else tasted like a continental breakfast should taste. Oh yeah, don't have the juice, it's very watered down which makes it taste like water with a few drops of color and sugar.
