Great price and great area. My room was straight out of the ‘50’s- pink bathroom; floor tiles, wall tiles, lavatory, tub! The place is very quiet, staff was extremely kind and helpful.
Friendly staff cheap price three double beds two room in one unit just to stay over night ideal place EV car Tesla chargers few feet away was very helpful
Easy & fast check in and check out. I knew what I was getting when I booked it, so I really can't complain much, you get what you pay for.
Pros: I will say that I was very surprised on how big the room was. It was confortable, it had a desk, a microwave and a fridge. The AC worked great and the room did not smell bad.
It is located on a quiet area, and i got a good night of sleep.
Cons: The room is very aged, it was a bit dirty, and the chair and couch were stained.
The room is very dated (a green toilet!!!), and in need of repairs. Paint flaking and chipping around the door, window, bathroom door, etc.
Few power outlets, the installed window A/C unit was loud, but it worked, The staff was just there, and while the room was clean, that's about what it was.
The mini-fridge and microwave were nice bonuses for sure, and the property is central to all the amazing shops in the Rt 9 corridor, and quick into Boston.
Overall, its a 2. Its a clean place to spend the night, but that's it and for that its a fair value for the price for a Saturday night close to the concert I was going to in Boston.
Heck,no coffee at all in the morning is pretty bad on its own.
Definitely needs a facelift.
You can’t beat the price it is very much affordable and cheap place to stay. For the price I paid the quality is expected. The beds are comfortable. But for less than $70 a night it is okay. I wouldn’t pay more than that though. Anymore then I would probably be more upset by it but you get what you paid for and if you just need a cheap bed for the night then this is fine.
I like the location, near restaurants and shopping center. The place is too old, the cleaning is terrible. They do not clean, not changes the sheets. They just change the towels and replace soap, toilet paper, coffee pods, etc.... I had to buy cleaning supplies and cleaning a little be, especially the bathroom, so I can feel comfortable to use. Unfortunately the pictures lied. When you the place on photos look good but on the reality is terrible. I not recommend that place to anyone.
It's an old-fashioned, humble place. I arrived dog-tired on a hot day, and I opened the door to a welcoming place, already cool for me, everything I needed, everything worked. It is certainly not fancy but seemed like luxury, just my style - and low-priced! These people know what they are doing. I want to return.
Filthy and outdated. Great location - near lots of restaurants and shopping. Nice area, but the motel is not maintained at all. The room is dirty and stains everywhere.
Pros: the bed was comfortable and the price was right. The location is convenient to Boston, shopping, and eating. Cons: While there is some vintage charm to the bathroom fixtures and the property overall, the peeling paint, mismatched furniture, and overall sense of decrepitude mean it’s unlikely I would stay here again.
It's worse than expected as far as not clean. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been touched in a year.
You couldn't pay me to use the shower. I saw a bug in bathtub, filth brings them. Toilet seat looks 100 years old. Heat worked, tv worked after effort with remote and input button. Close to everything you could want for shopping and dining.
Not 5 star hotel. Hard to find at first. But quiet Peaceful. Served it purpose

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
The hotel was decent for the cost. It is very close to Natick mall, which is a nice feature. Rooms are decently clean. The suite has small kitchen, but no dishes , pans, plates, utensils, etc… not sure if that is on purpose or not. In the smaller room, we had to unplug the air conditioner. It is too cold outside to use the AC, and it will not stop running. The manager is very responsive to our requests.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The door of the first room would not lock. I reported it and was moved to a second room. Second room clean, but old, tacky with no closet space for hanging clothes. Smoke detector was in a dresser drawer. TV wasn’t hooked up to cable. I figured out how to do that myself.
Place is in severe disrepair.. Furniture is as if it came from the dump!! All broken and badly scratched up.. Looks like a place Drug Addicted people live at long term.. All pictures are misrepresented as they look just beautiful.. this is not the case at all… Shows breakfast area with nice pictures and nice tables.. All lies there’s nothing.. If board of health was involved they would be shut down.. This is a very, very old Motel that’s way overpriced for the money and not being represented honestly!! Don’t go there!!

Disliked: Room comfort
The motel room was a good price, and the location is quiet & safe set back from the main road. Yet it still very close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc., all within very close walking or driving distance. The motel lobby & room was outdated and needs some updating & maintenance, but overall decent. The bed was somewhat comfortable, very basic motel mattress & bedding, but there was a wall AC unit to use when needed. The first morning the shower water knob had to be turned all the way on as far as it could go to get the water warm enough. Two days later, I did the same thing and the shower water was scalding hot! Even when I barely turned the knob on (still on the "cold" side), the water was still scalding hot and couldn't stand under the water for 1-2 seconds, not sure why that happened but definitely issue with the water heater.
