Great house for groups from 4 to 16! Excellent kitchen, lots of relaxing spaces inside, and tons of outside space on the decks. Super close to town, but tucked away up the mountain. Hosts communicate very quickly. Easy check in and out. Absolutely would rent again and recommend to friends.

We had an amazing time. Plenty of room for the 16 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. The athletic of us loved walking to town and the rest of us enjoyed seeing it from the porches. It was a really short drive. We had fun around the fire table one night and around the fire pit the next. Amazing host, beautiful home!

Gathered all 6 of our children with their families to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had plenty of rooms and outdoor spaces. The decks where our main hang out. The view is gorgeous. Would come back again but probably not during peak tourist season.

#### Family Christmas in Helen

Great time with family, the cabin was very nicely decorated for Christmas even with a 10-ft Tree. Owners were thoughtful to include so many niceties that made the stay even more pleasant. Our only complaint was the cleaning crew failed to remove the garbage left from previous renters and the outside containers were FULL before we even put our first bag of trash out. Additionally we endured one extremely cold night in the cabin because of Storm Elliott’s freezing temperatures but mainly because the propane tank supplying the two gas fireplaces was empty, we lit the fireplace when we arrived and it burned for 30/40 minutes and went out. However, Hannah was a GREAT responder and she worked diligently to resolve the issues. Overall it was a FANTASTIC memorable Christmas for my entire family. I definitely RECOMMEND 💙🎄

Wonderful Cabin ! Cabin and View are better than the pictures ! Fast responce property manager ! Nothing else you could ask for in a Cabin . This Beautiful place can be seen from many areas down in the City, like highlight of that mountain !

#### Thanksgiving in Helen

We have a large family and rented this house for Thanksgiving. The views were amazing and the host was exceptional. The house is located within walking distance to Helen, but for us it was too steep to walk. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals for a group of 20\. The only thing I would bring if cooking for a large group is a large stock pot. The house itself is spaced out nicely and we never felt overcrowded. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

#### Wedding weekend in Helen

The home owners and property managers were absolutely delightful to work with to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We had a large group of family and friends in town for our wedding and this home was perfect for our needs. The views and location are amazing!

#### Mountain Heaven

WOW ! The views over Helen and the mountainside were just spectacular. First class accommodation offering ample space for our party of 12 adults. Bedding and linens were luxurious and a completely stocked kitchen for our cooking needs. The very short drive up the mountainside from Helen is a bit steep but is a short walk to town. Questions to Hannah were answered very promptly and check in/out a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit.
