The Pleasant stay motel Manager lie to me and refused to book me in. First the lady at front desk talld me that Expedia cancelled my reservation, then she Change story and said that they try to manually run my credit card into muchine the card decline she said, which is not true my credit card from Navy Federal and perfectly fine. I talk with her Manager over the phone the guy was very rude and lie, he said that they try to charge my card but decline, and I talld him how you charging card you don't even have I just arrived. You sell my room for Higher price to some budy else, you can't do that you disrespected me. I have reservation and confirmation, he said go find another hotel, just lke that. The time was midnight and cold temperature was about 2C*. I suffer that night, I was coming from Belleville, Ontario, and I was very tiyerd and slipy. I contact Expedia it took about 1hour 40 minutes hold and conversation. but I end up sleeping in my car at Hamilton, Ontario. This is my story with Pleasant stay motel. My advice to this motel is this: shame on you, and please change the motel name to UNPLEASANT STAY Motel.
