Teneriffa Urlaub

Wir waren begeistert von der Liebevollen Gestaltung des Objekts, den vielen Pflanzen und den köstlichen Früchten die gerade reif waren. Cayita und Maxi sind sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns auch noch mit einer hervorragender Paella überraschten. Wenn wir wiedereinmal nach Teneriffa reisen, dann nur hier🙂

Güimar ist ein Ort fernab vom Massentourismus .

Der Urlaub bei Chayita und Maxi wird unvergesslich bleiben . Bessere Vermieter kann man sich nicht wünschen . Wir haben neue Freunde ! Die Finca und der Garten mit Pool war ein Traum . Wir hatten Alles für uns Alleine und man merkt gar nicht dass der Vermieter im selben Haus wohnt .Auch Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet ! In 10 Min waren wir zu Fuß im Zentrum . Kein Massentourismus ! Man lebt unter Einheimischen . Wirklich toll! Mit dem Mietauto konnten wir von unserem Urlaubsort sehr gut die ganze Insel erkunden . Cayita und Maxi nochmals vielen Dank für Alles. Conny und Klaus

Great place to relax

Lovely property tucked away at the edge of a non-tourist town. Loads of outside space for sitting and chatting. Good base for touring the island. Owners Cayita and Maxi extremely friendly and helpful and drove us to the town supermarket when we arrived as it was just about to close. Avocado tree outside the kitchen door! Only downside- the 'second bathroom' is in fact a pool shower/toilet outside and not inside the house as we were expecting. Great place for families.

Cayita and Maxi sind zwei unglaublich liebenswerte Gastgeber. Auch das Haus mit Grundstück hat uns komplett begeistert. Man kann es nur weiter weiterempfehlen.

Lovely Villa, Surroundings and Welcoming Hosts

Lovely weeks stay here in Nov beautiful surrounding/grounds and great home from home feeling villa Lots and Lots of space in and around the outside of the villa great sized pool just a little too cold for more than a dip due to time of year we visited very quiet location ensures a great night (weeks) sleep had by all Everything you need is in the villa and is located close to supermarket for all requirements and only a 10-15min walk into the ctr (worth visiting on a Sunday for the local fruit veg market Would highly recommend this villa would say it is ideal for those wanting to explore the island due to its location and the requirement of a car as it is located slightly out of main area and going up hill (parking at villa available either up the very steep/tight driveway so check it out before you zoom up or as we did just on the road which was fine and always available) We thank you for a lovely week at your home and would like to think we will return in the future if on Tenerife

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber, schöner recht großen Pool, viel Platz.

Wir haben hier mit unsere 2 Töchter (11 + 13) 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Es gibt viele Sitz-Möglichkeiten auch im Schatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett. Sie wohnen im gleichen Haus mit separater Zugang, sie sind zurückhaltend: nur wenn man sie braucht sind sie da, ansonsten beachten sie die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste. Der Pool war in diesem Fall etwas kalt, das mag am teilweise schlechten Wetter gelegen haben.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Pool

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern (12,15) waren drei Wochen in der Finca von Cayita und Maxi. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist toll und man findet in jeder Ecke des Gartens sein passendes Plätzchen. Für Urlauber, die die Insel erkunden wollen und ein Auto haben, liegt das Haus schön zentral in Guimar mit einer Autobahnanbindung. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend und versorgen die Gäste ab und zu mit frischen Eiern und eigenem Obst. Wir haben selten so gastfreundliche Menschen kennengelernt. Unsere Empfehlung: BUCHEN!!

Beautiful house and garden.

Finca los Retalitos is a lovely old fashioned villa with an incredible garden and pool area with outdoor rooms and shaded bar area. Gorgeous views from the mountains to the sea. The house is the ground floor and mezzanine of a larger house, where the owners live in the upper portion. But the garden and pool are private and you have your own parking and private entrance. The short driveway is too steep for a standard car. Either get a 4x4 or park on the street as we did. It's not a problem. Katyia and Maxi were gracious hosts and a joy to meet.

Excellent and spacious accommodation

Lovely, comfortable accommodation. Very private and a great pool. Only negative would be to ensure that your car has high clearance to cope with the turn to and from the road to the lane leading to the villa. Catiya and Maxi are terrific hosts, nothing is to much trouble. I would heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great location with very nice owners

We had a great stay at Finca los Retalitos. The house and huge garden are fantastic. There are many places to sit and relax. There is a small and big BBQ and different places to enjoy your dinner. The house is also spacious and has everything you need. A minor drawback is the small main bed (for us Dutch people). You have a lot of privacy and because the place is so large, there is no one to take into account. The location is great. Not in the middle of all the tourists, but still close to all the main attractions of the island. Only 30 minutes from the airport and 40 from the South. 20 Minutes to Santa Cruz and a beautiful 50 minutes drive to El Teide, the vulcano. Last but not least we really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners. They picked us up at the gas station and led us to the house (which can be a little hard to find). They provided us with fruit, wine and even a home made paella. We would greatly recommend this place to everyone who would like to enjoy Tenerife.

Gastgeber mit Herz und ein Ort mit Flair

Cayita und Maxi sind großartige Botschafter ihrer Insel - sie haben uns in vielen Dingen sehr unterstützt, einen Abend hervorragend für uns gekocht und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und eine offene Tür. Das Gelände bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle Lebenslagen - überdacht, schattig, sonnig, unter Bäumen, im Pavillon. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls vielseitig eingerichtet, die Küche geräumig und gut versehen mit allem Nötigen.

Des hôtes en or pour de super vacances!

Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances chez Cayita et Maxi. Le logement est encore mieux qu'en photos, très vaste et agréable, parfait pour une famille de 5 comme la nôtre. Cayita et Maxi sont des hôtes formidables qui nous ont accueillis de la meilleure façon, toujours présents en cas de besoin tous en respectant notre intimité. Maxi nous a même préparé une excellente paella et nous avons pu déguster les avocats des arbres du jardin. La ville de Guimar est très bien située pour visiter l'île , louer une voiture est bien sûr nécessaire. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette adresse et encore merci à Cayita et Maxi chez qui nous retournerons sans hésiter!

Maison originale et chaleureuse

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à Güimar, dans la maison de Cande et Maxi. La petite ville est authentique, pas très touristique, ce qui est précieux dans la région. La maison est construite et arrangée avec fantaisie et goût, avec tous les petits recoins qu'on voit bien en images. Les hôtes sont vraiment accueillants et généreux, disponibles pour échanger si on le souhaite (plutôt en espagnol) mais se font tout à fait discrets aussi si on en les sollicite pas. Les entrées sont indépendantes. Piscine et barbecue à disposition avec facilité, cuisine bien équipée. Un peu sombre en fin de journée, mais nous y étions en février. Par grande chaleur, ça doit être idéal. Les hôtes sont venus à notre rencontre à l'entrée de la ville pour que nous trouvions facilement. Une adresse à recommander !

Schöner Urlaub in Güimar/Spledida vacanza a Güimar

Eine sehr schöne Finca eingebettet in einem schönen Garten, liebevoll gepflegt. Man ist von verschiedenen wunderbaren Blumen umgeben und man hat überall sehr viel Platz. Swimming pool mit Sonnenliegen ist vorhanden und Alles ist sehr sauber gehalten. Cande und Maxi sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns frisches Obst (die besten Mangos und Avocados die wir je gegessen haben) aus dem eigenem Garten angeboten und ein tolles Essen nur für uns gekocht. Güimar ist ein netter Ort mit vielen Geschäften und Cafes aber noch sehr einheimisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit Una Finca splendida immersa in un bel giardino, coltivato con amore. Si e` circondati da un mare di fiori, tutti diversi e c`e` molto posto a disposizione. La piscina ha le sdraio e tutto e` pulito alla perfezione. Cande e Maxi offrono in tutte le occasioni il loro aiuto e ci hanno offerto frutta fresca (i mango e gli avocado piu` buoni che abbiamo mai mangiato) dal proprio giardino e ci hanno preparato un piatto squisito solo per noi. Güimar e` un posticino accogliente con tanti negozi e caffe` che ha conservato ancora la sua atmosfera locale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e vorremmo ritornarci. Mille grazie per il soggiorno incantevole.

liebevolles, großzügiges Feriendomizil in tollwe l

Ein wunderbarer Ort auf Teneriffa. Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern, 4 und 6 Jahre, hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Finca Los Retalitos. Im Außenbereich enorm viel Platz, ein toller Pool umgeben von einem schönen Garten und sehr, sehr hilfsbereite, nette Vermieter. Cayita und Maxi haben uns liebevoll empfangen und uns während unseres Aufenthaltes mit frischem Obst, Wein und Kuchen versorgt. Bei Problemen im Haus oder Fragen waren sie jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Trotzdem hatten wir absolute Privatsphäre. Der Ort Guimar ist (mit dem Auto) strandnah, bietet alles was man zur Versorgung benötigt und ist sympathisch untouristisch. Wir bedanken uns für die erholsamen Tage und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!
