You are also granted access to PML community amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and three beaches. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed interior featuring modern amenities and stylish decor. Spread out comfortably in the sunny living area, featuring gorgeous sofas and splendid mountain views through wall-to-wall windows. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace and unwind with your loved ones as you play any of the provided board games or stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV. There is a beautiful balcony off of the living area, offering plenty of seating where you can bask in the glorious California sunshine. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals during your stay. Right next to the dining area is a convenient wood stove should you feel cold while enjoying your feast. Relaxation awaits you on the extensive deck, where you can fire up the gas grill for a delightful outdoor barbecue, or simply relax and enjoy the. views. When it comes to indoor entertainment, the home also enjoys a Donkey Kong arcade machine. The primary suite enjoys access to the deck and a gorgeous en suite bath with a soaking tub. This home also features a backup battery bank to ensure you will have power in the event of an electrical outage. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. With 4 couples it was truly spacious & comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck & watching the deers with their babies. While preparing dinner some of us enjoyed a Lady Pac-Man competition. We spent 1 day floating @ Pine Mt Lake which was nice, just wished we would have known the rules of the lake 1st. The residence in Groveland are very nice and helpful such a cute community. We also visited Lake Don Pedro which was close by too. Clean, big enough, great neighborhood. The check in process wasn’t clear in my opinion. We drove around for an extra 20 minutes until we realized where we had to check in. That was frustrating. We stayed for two nights and on the first night, one of the bathrooms smelt so bad we couldn’t use it. Something was either wrong with the air vent or sewage system. I was in contact with the property manager and she gave me a few tips to bandaid the problem. It ended up subsiding, but that’s definitely it what I’d prefer to be doing on my vacation. Overall a nice house and would stay again if I could ensure the bathroom situation wouldn’t actually be a “situation”. ##### Heather M.
