The ground floor welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a double sofa bed of 130 cm, providing a flexible sleeping space for additional guests. From this level, you can also access the well-equipped kitchen, which connects directly to the garden. What is referred to as the lower ground floor — a sunken ground floor accessible via eight steps leading down to the lounge — houses the first bedroom, furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private exit to the garden. A full bathroom on this level includes a shower, bidet, and WC.

On the upper floor, the second bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions — 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length — and benefits from its own en suite bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC. A utility room is also accessible on this level, and reaching this floor requires seven steps.
