- Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The Buchanan Hotel is certainly situated in the heart of Glasgow's bustling city - the location is therefore good. However the hotel looks very run down from the outside and inside need a refurbish. The service at dinner on our arrival was delivered by a very curt individual and we were not made to feel welcomne. Breakfast was Ok (just about) but certain things on the menu were unavailable. I would not return there.
