Exuma Dream'n is exactly as pictured with stunning views and luxury furnishings. Our two week stay could not have been more perfect. The villa is very well equipped and located in February Point with private community beaches, pools and a dock just steps from the villa - perfect for a daily boat rental. Turtles greet you each morning off the dock and each bedroom has its own balcony. The unit is zoned AC by floor ensuring maximum comfort and the mattresses are a dream. The villa's name is apt because each day there we pinched ourselves because we thought we must be dreaming. Also can't say enough about owner Lauri and February Point management/staff. Exuma Dream'n was an outstanding home and perfect for three couples and a long weekend celebrating my wife's birthday. The home was very clean and just as advertised online. The check-in and check-out coordination was seamless. We rented a boat for two days from Minn's in George Town to explore Stocking Island. Make sure you take the time to visit Kahari Resort on Stocking. If you don't have access to a boat, they have a shuttle that runs frequently during the day. This was our first trip to Exuma and we found February Point to be the perfect location! The villa is exactly as described in the listing and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own private bath in addition to a half bath on the main floor. The views from everywhere in the villa were simply amazing! Having a dock right at the villa for our rental boat was very convenient. We never lost power, but lost water one day due to a community-wide issue which was resolved quickly. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the stunning ocean view took our breath away every morning. The layout of the villa was thoughtfully designed, making it both functional and luxurious – truly a home away from home. We especially appreciated the convenience of the boat dock, which made our aquatic adventures so much easier. The on-site restaurant was another highlight; the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we felt welcome. Safety is a priority for us when traveling, and this villa exceeded our expectations in that regard. The entire property felt secure and well-maintained. Moreover, the host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly and with genuine care. Very clean, great location , friendly staff and can’t say enough about the folks at February Point. My wife and I renewed our vows after 25 years , they helped located Mr. Franklin, the minister and put together a nice little arbor for the ceremony. I was disappointed in the fact the 1 day boat rental was no longer valid with the house rental . We still rented a boat from Mimms for the day but at an additional cost. ##### Piper D. Nice location but you will definitely want to rent a car to get to town and around the island. The A/C is controlled via NEST by the owners and set to a low of 70 degrees. It is also on a motion sensor. So during the day, while you're out, the house (especially the upper floors) are warming in to the mid-90s and the A/C struggles to get it back down to 70\. Homeowners said it was to prevent damage to the unit however, the extreme variation in temps caused it to freeze up several times. Mar 30, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Beautiful view, neighborhood and location. We loved this house overall. Communication with the owner was good. Check-in process was easy. Close to town (which was great) and easy access to rent boats and explore the area. We fed the turtles from the dock! We loved the pools, private beaches, restaurant and bar. Wow. So awesome. House had nice balconies. Cons- there were no wine glasses (I mean - none.) I was told I could buy some (and would be reimbursed) or some would be arriving soon (none came.) There was no tea pot or electric kettle (though they had hot water from the water dispenser but that isnt the same). The furniture in the living room was very shabby (as in falling apart.) The rug was far worse (threadbare and needed to be thrown away.) The window coverings in the upstairs master were almost nonexistent. No way to sleep when one large window had zero shades or curtains. The doors to the toilet in each ensuite bathroom didn't have laches so stayed open when you tried to use them (no privacy at all.) So there is definitely some work that needs to be done. The furnishings are really not up to the level one would expect for the price point, but overall we liked the house and the neighborhood. ##### Channe C. My family and I stayed at Exuma dreaming for a week in December. The island was even more spectacular than we had imagined. Miles of endless beaches with hardly anyone else in sight. The private beach at the Februaty Point community was lovely. The pool was great to have though we preferred the beach. The Rusty Anchor was delicious, and the location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do. When we arrived at the house it was just as expected, clean, spacious and comfortable with so many windows to enjoy the views from every room. There were balconies on every floor/bedroom that made a perfect place to enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee and a good book. We had a couple of questions and the owners responded quickly to help us find everything that we needed. Would 100% recommend this home for your vacation. I wouldn’t at all call it a negative, but the only thing to be aware of is the stairs are relatively steep going up to both the second and third floor bedrooms. My 75-year-old mother and older children managed them fine, but if stairs are a concern, that would be the only thing to look out for. Thank you for sharing your home with us! ##### Rachael B. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt very safe. (Housekeeping didn’t leave the right keys and we never locked the doors when we left. No issues at all. Keys were replaced immediately when i finally got around to asking.) This is a 3 story home so be prepared to get a workout on those stairs! The views were amazing and we saw a sea turtle and starfish off the private dock. The air-conditioning worked hard to keep up and it got warm at night but it IS the tropics. LOL! Lost power 3 times but not for long. The main thing i was surprised about was the lack of things in the kitchen. I’m thinking it’s because stuff is so expensive in Exuma and maybe the cleaners take things with them but I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that didn’t have a single condiment or ziplocs or tin foil. I couldn’t find any Tupperware either so storing food was a little difficult. That being said, i would definitely rent this property again. The Rusty Anchor restaurant on property was nice and we tried to find room in our luggage for Janice at the front gate. We loved her!! Our second night there, we had no propane for the grill and had to wait over an hour for delivery. That night our water went out at 7pm and did not return until 10:00 am the following morning….could not wash dishes, take showers or flush toilets and were awakened at 1am as the hot water heater had a piercing noise(we flipped the breaker on it). As a VRBO owner myself, I know issues can happen, but after I communicated all our problems,she offered no comp, and was defensive. After I had to ask for comp, she finally offered a minimal amount. This property is in an absolutely world class location and has stunning views from all rooms in the condo, but the kitchen needs some help. The pots and pans were in poor condition, as the Teflon was so scratched that it is really not safe for anyone. Please acquire a knife sharpener so that guests can sharpen the knives. There are only one or two plates that do not have big chips in them and almost all the glasses are plastic. There are 6 wines glasses…..none that match! The deficiencies could be fixed very easily by the owner visiting her property or paying someone to keep everything in good condition. The on-site property folks were terrific (they had to come almost every day to reset the air-conditioner?), but they stated that they are not responsible for the condition of the contents of the property. ##### Donna f.
