"This is a great place to stay! Awesome location and facilities. The staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the water in the shower and pool was cold. "
"It’s situated in a classical Quebecois style building that is fast disappearing in Montreal. The hotel is very basic. That being said, it is everything I want in a hotel. Friendly front desk, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet room. Great value for the money. Breakfast looked very meagre so skipped it and went to a great place nearby: L’eufrier."
"I still have not recieved my deposit of $150 back onto my credit card. They said that I would recieve it in 24 to 48 hours on the day I left. It is 5 days later and still no refund of my deposit. did not damage anything there so I expect my full refund. I hope they will be honest and give me back my $150.00!"
"I knew I was staying in a dive of a hotel, which I like. Parking was behind the hotel and cheap. Staff were great. Room, bedsheets, and bathroom were all clean. Lock on door was flimsy but I had nothing of value to steal. Would stay again if in the area and needed a quick over nighter. Coffee and muffin in the morning a nice bonus."

"The front desk staff spoke both French and English which was really nice. The hotel was easy to locate and everything was clean/fresh/ the lobby smelled amazing. We had no complaints during this stay and we would definitely go back. "

"Chose this hotel because it was close to the MTELUS concert hall. I stayed from April 23-24 to attend a show by The Black Crowes. Even though I often travel to Montreal to attend concerts, I didn't know this hotel at all and I was reallt pleasantly surprised. Clean room, loved having a fridge with a ''kitchen area'' (didn't use the microwave), nice bed, big nice room in good condition The nightly rate was also really affordable. I would stay at Le Faubourg again! Negative points: didn't find the AC/heating controls in the room, so the place felt a bit hot, bathroom showed a tiny bit of wear and tear, but was pretty clean, sketchy characters hanging out close the place. It was a bit creepy coming back from the show late at night by myself but no one bothered me. "

"Extremely friendly and ready to assist. We required some assistance in the evening and despite the lobby filled with students checking in the staff were quick to tend to our need. Will return to this hotel. "
"The hotel is cozy and the front desk is just amazing and polite. Many thanks to Mallory (the front desk guest Manager). She has tailored a quick solution to a note I provided upon arrival and she immediately resolved the issue without hesitation. Also many thanks to the cleaning crew for keeping the room tidy, fresh and clean. They were so friendly and professional. "

"Every thing was good. Greeted as soon as we walked up the front desk. Staffs were nice and the room we got was clean, smelt good, organized - any comments from me would all be positive. Out of all the hotels, I’ve been in, this would be in my top 10."
"I recently stayed at the Brossard Hotel in Montreal with my family, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts cleanliness, excellent service, and breathtaking views that left a lasting impression.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Yassin at the reception desk, whose kindness and helpfulness set a positive tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to his exceptional service.
Throughout our stay, we found the hotel to be impeccably clean, with attentive staff ensuring our comfort at every turn. The breakfast provided was of high quality, though I would suggest the inclusion of non-pork-based protein options to cater to a wider clientele base.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the river and illuminated bridge nearby. It provided a picturesque backdrop for our time at the hotel and added to the overall charm of the experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the Brossard Hotel to anyone visiting Montreal. With its top-notch service, cleanliness, and scenic views, it offers a truly enjoyable stay for travelers of all kinds. We look forward to returning in the future."
"Excellent and comfortable accommodations with pool, great breakfast.
Very conveniently located next to the Metro, with the grocery store, Starbucks and a drugstore adjacent to the hotel.
I would return if not for a very sketchy. "
