"The room smelled dirty and like smoke, the bathtub was dirty, the bedding was dirty, the floor was dirty, the air conditioning was very loud. I want a partial refund on this stay. I will never stay at this hotel every again. The room next to me was a couple that was homeless, loud and very sketch."

"The rooms are beautiful. I did have to ask for the room to be released as there were some noticeable things missed when I first checked in. They cleaned while I stepped out and I had a nice stay"

"No face cloths just two hand towels and two bath towels. Bad repairs in bathroom corners which gathered dirt. Seems corners in all of the rooms didn’t get cleaned. Air conditioner was very noisy and bathroom fan could not be turned off. No bedside lamp by one bed. It was quiet there and we could see our vehicle from our room. Would not stay there again. "

"Room was nice, wasnt too happy with the notice on my vehicle telling me that my vehicle might be towed away if I don’t move it to the parking bay underneath the building. "

"Breakfast had a good selection and staff Cherry and the other Asian gentleman was very knowledgeble and helpful all the time. Reception is very casual and always looking at the screen all the time, rarely acknowledging customer unless you ask."

"The indoor pool was enjoyable . But the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance but we did not want about this . We choosed this place for the outdoor pool only . It was sad . "
