It did not disappoint! The house was exceptionally clean, had all kitchen amenities to make meals, & close proximity to UF & local restaurants. The house is clean, very comfortable, had plenty of towels and blankets and even has a washer/dryer if needed. The kitchen is ready and well stocked for cooking, including a nice set of grill utensils. I did bring paper plates, napkins, gallon size bags, etc but only because we drove there so was able to bring stuff in the car. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes to Publix and very close to UF as well. Would absolutely love to stay there again if we ever travel back to Gainesville!! ##### Lisa E. My husband and our 3 adult children stayed with us in the spacious home, which was in close proximity to UF, Publix, shopping & restaurants. We especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard garden area. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet & shaded, which was perfect for taking walks. The style of the house REALLY appealed to our daughter AND being able to park the car in the garage sold the Sunshine house to my husband :D. I loved the house because it is dog friendly with a fenced in back yard and a quiet neighborhood. The interior design of the Sunshine House is very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook dinner, do laundry, bathrooms were perfect, beds are super comfortable, and easy access to the outside for the dogs. From check-in to check-out - our stay was perfect. We are very happy we chose the Sunshine house for our 4 day visit. When we visit UF again, this would be our first choice of places to stay (hopefully it will be available :D).
