Welcome to our charming property, perfect affordable option for travelers and workers seeking a comfortable short-term stay. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this property boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large, private garden perfect for kids to play. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for family meals, and the comfortable living room offers plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy our outdoor patio with BBQ facilities, perfect for summer evenings. We're just a short drive from Visalia Downtown, local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, entertainment options, and Kaweah Hospital making this the perfect base for your family vacation. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and ample parking.  
  
Guests have access to their entire side of the duplex. There are tenants that live on the other side. Please respect quiet hours and park on your designated side.  
  
The property is located in the heart of Visalia in a neighborhood with a blend of residential charm and convenient access to local attractions and amenities. #### Perfect Visalia Resting Place

Was in town to visit my family in Hanford after several years (myself from Seattle, and my sister flew in from AZ), and this cozy abode was just perfect for our needs. Close to all that Visalia has to offer, all the amenities that we could ask for, it was a perfect homebase for the 2 days that we were in town. Would certainly stay again for next visit!
