It is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South East Cape Coral on a cul-de-sac. It is in the coveted Yacht Club neighborhood, located South of Cape Coral Parkway (LESS THAN 2 MILES TO CAPE CORAL BEACH) with a TRITOON BOAT available for rent. You can't get a better location!! Walk or ride the bikes to The Tiki at Dolphin Key (World's largest tiki hut), Jungle Bird Tiki and The Monkey Bar. It is on a wide canal, just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in your private heated pool or go boating/fishing. Southeast Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths will be stocked for your convenience. Two couches and 55 inch flat screen complete the living room. Dine inside at our 6 man wine themed dining area, or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. Take a dip in the hot tub or fish off of our dock. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have two cruisers bikes available for your use. Ride our bikes to the beaches, restaurants, and Publix grocery store. Not included in most rentals but included in ours are hotel robes, bikes, & hot tub. Come to play or just relax at Serenity FL Garden. If you enjoy fun in the sun and a nice location then this is the place for you. Easily access Ft. Myers/ FMB and all of the local shops. We also enjoyed the pool and dock were we launched our kayaks and went fishing. We also caught fish right off the dock. The property managers were great and reached out to us via email to make sure everything was perfect. We have two children 2 and 9 months and we had a blast. the option of having a pack and play and a high chair was nice. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one. Maggie’s our host is extremely responsive and will get you what you need to make your stay to make it enjoyable: We didn’t get time in the pool, but they do have pool toys for you to use which is a bonus. Some minor issues but nothing that hurt the trip. Boat was a great add on. Pool was nice, a little cool. Hot tub was great to have, kitchen, bedrooms, living were all as expected. Peace of mind knowing we will never have any issues with our VRBO. The house was immaculate, stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, garbage bags, utensils, aluminum foil, etc., etc...she even had batteries in the drawer. The pool was refreshing with lots of pool toys. My eight-year-old daughter had an excellent time in the pool. It was nice sitting by the pool, grilling The screen didn't have any rips; no bugs in the lanai. The dock was nice to watch the sunrises/sunsets from. There is a boat lift, although we didn't rent a boat on this visit. The neighborhood was quiet. I'm handicapped and I asked Maggie for a hand held shower handle to make it easier to bathe my daughter. Within hours, the plumber was at the house installing the shower handle for me. Communication was quick and easy, and the home was exactly what we were hoping it would be. We rented their boat, and Captain Bob was very helpful and made our experience better than expected. Nicole, the guest experience manager, was quick to respond and more than willing to offer assistance. Nick, the pool technician, was welcoming and answered our questions with ease.
