My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sonder! It was beautiful, very comfortable, and located next to everything we needed. The bar & salon in the lobby was perfect for coffee or a drink in the evening. It is a perfect stay for a couple. It is a younger crowd and there was some partying. We were told it gets very crazy on the weekends. We did have some water view in room 900. There was train noise but not bad most of the time. One night the train did come by blaring its horn. The room was perfect. The only complaint we had were the sheets. They were very rough. Overall we would stay again and recommend it.

That was great, the pool area, the room and the area around the hotel were excellent. I never had problems with parking, that was easy if you follow the rules and the sound of the train was never a problem for me, I think it is part of a very beautiful area.

Dirty towel hanging in the bathroom First day I walk in the apartment w/o shoes and my feet was black of how dirty the floor was, shoes after that for my entire stay. You could hear the train all day long not a good sleep in 4 days “Not smoking” but I could smell weed in my room. Everyone in the desk were very nice, close to stores and restaurants.

This place is heaven on Earth, if your an adventuress person and love the night life Sonders is the place to stay! You cannot go wrong with the studio apartment the view is amazing! I literally cried when I was leaving! You are surrounded by everything, the only hiccup is lack of USB ports, the place is always booked, parking is free. I can’t wait to go back to my studio apartment 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

The trains are VERY loud. We did not get a good nights sleep once. Woke up every hour of the night to the horns, rumbling tracks, constantly l. The room was nice& clean and the building was walking distance to everything. However I don’t plan on staying here again because of the trains.

The room was impossible to find. The blding is a maze and there is no way finding. The parking garage where you had to walk through at night was unsafe and the room was sandwiched btwn a nightclub and a freight train. Noise was ridiculous and there was nothing to be done.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was very homey and clean, it had everything you could ask for and more and an ample amount of space. I could’ve stayed here forever—the location was also great, everything was in walking distance pretty much and it was a great price for a great location.

The manager Alba scams customers. They work direct with all county toeing and if you rent a vehicle they will tow the car and than charhe the rental companies to get the car out. The manager Alba promised me she would reimburse me for my expenses and she never even called me back. They towed 12 vehicles that night and scammed all of the guests. Police were called and had to file a report. Officer informed us that Sonder is notorious for this problem and to stay away. Cost me a ton of money. Also there is never any staff on site. Please dont stay at this location and if u do make sure you UBER. Do not drive a car here or they will scam you.

I liked very much that the room made me feel like I was at home more than at a place I was renting. I love the Sonder concept: I book and basically go straight to my room with little interruption. I love that it is minimalist but yet I had everything I needed. My parking was very convenient as I was right next to my room when I parked. The best thing for me though was the assistance I received. Whenever I needed help or couldn't understand something, good help was just a phone call away and I got it instantly. Julian was especially helpful and was always there without being intrusive. I've always preferred boutique/non traditional hotels but the issue for me in the past is that the spaces were limited. Not with Sonder. Sonder provides me with the boutique feel but with all the amenities I need. I love the simplicity and ease of getting in and out. I look forward to staying more with them.

Recently, my husband and I stayed at Sonder society Las Olas: WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! The amenities are top notch, the comfort of the room made us feel as if we were in our own home and the view from this building is impeccable! We had such an amazing time that we are actually even contemplating moving to that building! Quality that convinces! We would like to give a special thanks to Julio, Frederick and Alba. No matter what we needed, they found a way to make it happen. They were so professional kind and willing to go above and beyond for us. We couldn’t get enough of that pool area! This was definitely an experience that blew us away. If you are contemplating this property, make it happen! Choose this place. A great location, excellent service, superb quality and top notch amenities! We didn’t even want to step one foot out of the property the second that we arrived! It was actually heartbreaking to leave! An amazing experience. Thank you!

The building and units themselves are wonderful, plenty of space, great pool area and amenities, price is very reasonable. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The biggest issue holding back from a better review score isn't with the building itself, but rather the noise from a particular bar on the west side of the building and the frequency of frieght trains. While the large venue on the east side of the building isn't as noisy, there is a small venue on the west where Friday and Saturday the music is so loud you can hear it clearly inside the unit, and the music will go as late as 4am. There are also numerous trains, some of which sound their horns as they cross a draw bridge just by the building.
