Important Notes: \*Pool and jacuzzi heating is available upon request for $35 per day and must be paid out for your entire reservation. The heating for both the pool and jacuzzi is one central system and therefore they cannot be heated simultaneously. Please message your host whenever you would like to switch the heating from our output to another. \*A pool technician services the pool and jacuzzi once per week on a weekday between 8am–5pm. They will access the backyard briefly during that time. \*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.
