The front circular driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.

There is no formal dining area in the home. Areas to eat are the kitchen island, large reversible table in the game room with bench seating, and the outdoor dining areas.
The home is 1335 sq ft. and sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 10 with 1 king and 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a premium mattress pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, and a premium mattress full sized futon in the game room.

Pools are serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings.

Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as pool, lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Pool service is typically Wednesday mornings, Pest control is typically the 3rd Thursday of every other month, and lawn service days vary and are typically 2-3 times per month. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.
