We take immense pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of this beautiful home! The home is located in the heart of Fort Collins, 1.5 miles from CSU, Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. Only 2 miles to Old Town which is home to many brewpubs and local restaurants as well as lots of local shopping, history and art museums. City Park 9 hole golf course is across the street which is great for golf and walking, or cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. City Park also includes a summer outdoor water park, a huge playground, tennis courts and shelters for picnics. Bike lanes are easily accessible outside the front door and the Poudre River Bike Path is less than 2 miles away. Fort Collins offers electric scooter and bike rentals for around town too. The City of Fort Collins has a very helpful website with all of the updated information on events and activities. Beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir is 6.5 miles to the west and offers hiking, biking, paddle boards and pontoon boats for rent, boating and water activities. Fort Collins is home to many natural areas full of wildlife and wonderful maintained trails, as well as beautiful parks close by. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area, there's ample space for families and groups to relax and reconnect. The living room is perfect for having people over or cozy nights in, while the updated kitchen makes preparing meals a joy. In the beautiful kitchen, you will find a Kuerig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, as well as spices, condiments, teas and coffee. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3 and extends the seating in the open dining room/kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and plenty of comfy seating. There are three welcoming bedrooms (king, queen, queen) outfitted with quality linens for a comfortable night sleep. Two bathrooms are complete with shower/bath combos. Hair dryers, shampoo, soap and conditioner are all provided. Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also available for your use in the home. There is laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience too. The front deck is perfect to sit and enjoy the sunny days and beautiful evenings. There is an outdoor grill provided as well as an outdoor patio table and chairs on the south side of the house.High speed internet is provided as well as central heat and air conditioning. There is off street parking in the circular driveway. The VRBO unit is the main level of the house. The basement is occupied by a long term quiet professional with their separate side entrance and parking. We also offer this VRBO as a weekly and monthly basis to fit your needs. Although the road can be busy at certain times of the day, the noise doesn’t overwhelm your serenity (especially if the windows are closed) if you’re trying to relax. At night…wonderful silence. The location of the property is within a couple of miles to everything you might need…hiking, shopping, grocery, restaurants, etc. The bedroom had a good amount of light and outlets. The bed was very comfortable. I got the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Bathroom wasn’t cramped, and shower was great. Kitchen had plenty of space, basic supplies, and utensils. The appliances all worked. Ceiling fans and air conditioning helped make the stay more comfortable during that Colorado heat. Communication with the hosts was amazing. They’re quick to reply and will help with any questions/concerns you might have about the house/area. This will be my choice of property every visit to Fort Collins. Loved my stay! ##### Kevin M. Our stay in this home was wonderful! Marc and Barb have done an amazing job with this home! It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! I traveled with my son and his girlfriend for a week full of family filled events everyday leading up to a wedding for our family friends! We each had our own bedroom and the living area is so cozy!
