- Pets are welcome. Please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture. A $250 fine will apply for excessive pet damage or mess.
- No smoking inside. $500 fine if violated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. $300 fine for noise complaints.
- No parties or unauthorized guests. $500 fine if violated.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
- Trash day is Tuesday and Friday – Please roll bins to the curb. $100 fine if trash is left overflowing.
- Clean up after using the outdoor areas including firepit, grill, and rooftop. $150 fine for excessive mess.
- Security cameras are located outside for safety. Tampering results in a $500 fine and removal from the property.
- Do not adjust the elevator. Unauthorized tampering may result in a $250 fine.
- Keep all doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Damage to the HVAC system due to negligence will result in the guest being charged for repairs.
