Worst hotel I've EVER stayed in.

Hotel was AWFUL. Smelled like garbage dump upon entering. The hall carpets were so badly stained they looked like they had NEVER been cleaned. There was paper and food particles all down the hall. There was black mold in several spots in the hallway ceiling tiles. It was so bad that they had the room number written on the wall with a magic marker. The room was suppose to be a non smoking room but upon entering the first thing I noticed was a cigarette burn hole in the bed spread. The tub had cracked and broken tiles around it and black mold on the walls. I would recommend the Bates' Motel before I would stay here again. Don't go to this hotel.

Smelly! Not in a good way!

The staff was plesent enough and the bedding was clean. But the whole place smelled bad! Our bath room was not very clean and really grossed out my son! That is hard to do to a 12 year old! The one saving grace was the free all you could eat breakfast buffet! That was very good!!! Homemade sausage gravy, you don't find that very often!

Noisy unfriendly

There was no heat and the room was dirty. The noise from other rooms made you feel you were in their conversation. The area was very secluded.

Pros: Ease of access
Cons: New carpet, thorough airing out to clean the air
Location: No clue, we were passing through
Room had that "cheap hotel" smell. Bed was comfortable, carpeting was gross. Breakfast was good food but slow because only one person was working. She, however, did an excellent job and was the only reason I gave a 3 rating. That waitress deserves a raise and a heart-felt thank you.

Restaurant on site, food good. Not expensive. Breakfast was a free buffet! Good! Full hotel but very quiet! A lot of snow and walks not shoveled. And a very small lobby! Otherwise not bad!

Mold in bathroom

The room was big , tv and fridge worked ,also room had a microwave.but so much black hairy mold in the shower.didnt get the free breakfast as it closed at 9 am! Crazy!time we got up and got ready it was 9:05 was shocked to find it closed(ticket did say only open till 9am). Found it hard to breathe( we were all stuffed up . Was it the mold we will never know? Place was very empty

You pay for what you get.

Pros: The bed and pillows.
Cons: The odor. I can tell some attempt has been made,but there has to be more.
Location: The hotel seems to be in the middle of where I needed to be and shopping. It's not that far from the mall. (Mill Creek?)
I did not know what to expect because of the price, but I was pleased with my stay, which has been only over night so far. I found the bed and pillows to be comfortable. On this stay (my third) I found although the room was comfortable the outlet at the desk did not work. In this area was the coffee maker and a light. The outlets by the bed were not accessible. On each stay I have noticed a odor of dampest. Location was convenient, and it was easy to find. Breakfast this third time was not as good the first time, the second was not as good as the first either, but the restaurant staff have always been kind and friendly.
