Upper Front ( Queen & Double ) , the Studio ( 2 Doubles & 4 Twins ) , as well as the New Lower
Level , Bed #5 ( Queen & Twin ) , Bed # 6 ( Queen & Double ). 14 Beds in total

Well equipped Kitchen includes all New appliances , Induction Stove , Dishes , Pots , Pans , Ice Maker , Cutlery and Sets of Knives. Coffee drinkers will appreciate the choice of Kuerig Supreme , Nespresso , or the Tim Hortons drip system , including Complimentary Coffee for all the machines.

In the Pantry there is a Crock Pot , Rice Cooker , Electric Skillet , Electric Griddle , Air Fryer
as well as Large Roaster , Dutch Oven , Insta- Pot and an Ice Maker.

There were 7 adults and 4 children ages 7, 4, 4, and 2. They absolutely loved the family sleeping room located above the garage. There were LOTS of beds, plenty of towels and other necessities (like cooking and serving utensils), and loads of room for everyone to be able to relax and even get away from each other for awhile when necessary. The owners were very welcoming and quickly responded to emails. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Fairmont Stay
We all had a fantastic stay at this great property! Plenty of space, kids had a blast having almost a separate living space with the big tv and air hockey. I would 100% recommend this property to large families and groups. Location was great as the store is just a stones throw away as is the hot spring. The owners were fantastic with keeping us updated with check in and out and they have their place stocked with great stuff which includes a great selection of coffee options! We will certainly be having a discussion at some point to come back in the future!

Fantastic home for large group
The home was beautiful, large and perfect for our group.. and the hosts were friendly, helpful and always reachable. The kids loved the room with the 6 beds and the Pacman machine. All kitchenwares were available: lots of coffee options, utensils, pots/pans, air fryer, griddle.. whatever you need they have it. Great location and very close to Fairmont resort and 10mins to ski area. Highly recommend!!!

Incredible!!
I can’t say enough about this property! It was clean, comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped. It really felt like we were being hosted by a family, not just staying in a poorly equipped rental property. The amount of beds was MORE than ideal for our 14 person party. The proximity to Fairmont hot springs and ski hill was great, and we took the 2.2km hike that’s basically just out the front door! The hosts were amazing even before check in answering my questions about the valley area and stuff to do. Highly recommend!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this charming home in Fairmont Hot Springs. The house was very welcoming and exactly as described in the listing. There’s plenty of beds, so everyone slept comfortably, lots of sitting areas. The kitchen was very well equipped with all we need. Check-in and out were well explained and didn’t ask us to do much. We couldn’t had have a better experience. We highly recommend this home! Thank you for a great stay Dan & Holly!

The stay was absolutely perfect! The home is super well equipped for anything you might need, perfect for every member of the family. Lovely location, close to everything you need. What an awesome place! Perfect for a large group as there was plenty of space for everyone and you could barely hear anyone once everyone settled into their respective bedrooms. The kitchen is super well stocked and have never been to a place with so many options even for a cup of coffee. Both front and back decks were well set up with space for our group to just sit and enjoy the wonderful scenery and quietness. We will certainly rent again as the Host was super responsive to our questions and the whole experience was incredible!

Home away from home
8, 65 plus gentlemen enjoying their 33 annual golf get together. The property was perfect for our stay. Lots of bedrooms and extra beds. Kitchen had every conceivable utensil along with a generous supply of coffee, tea, assorted condiments. Dan and Holly were excellent to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate booking the property for future trips to the Fairmont area. Top notch all the way.

We came here from Miami to stay with our family from Calgary and we absolutely loved this home. It was a perfect size for 9 of us (and could have EASILY fit more), and everything was way more stocked than in any other space I've ever stayed it. Dan and Holly, Thank you so much for sharing your vacation property with us. From our very first interaction with you when we inquired about details, all the way through our stay, your communication was amazing, and as advertised, you had everything we were looking for. Our group had three families with 6 adults, and 7 kids between age 6 - 14. There was more than enough room on each floor, the studio was perfect to group the kids together, especially with the Pac-Man arcade machine, and the basement was perfect for the teens with the air hockey table. With so many TVs the kids were able to hook up devices like Nintendo and Xbox. For the adults, the front porch was a huge hit in morning and evenings, we loved the Adirondack chairs overlooking the deck. The ladies loved the coffee bar, and you had absolutely every amenity required in the kitchen (air fryer, Insta pot, ninja blender) and a stocked pantry. Our group could not have asked for more. An absolutely ideal location next to the hot springs, many golf courses including a very friendly Creek River that allowed kids to play, and hiking trails. Thank you for opening your home to us, we hope to be back in the future!

We had several families stay here to celebrate our grandma. Every aspect of our stay here was great. Beautiful house. Awesome for larger groups. It was clean. They had everything you could possibly need. Awesome for families and kids. Perfect location in Fairmont - hot springs, great hiking nearby, beautiful rivers to explore, grocery store, coffee shop and ice cream a couple minutes walk away. Dan and Holly were great to communicate with - clear, timely, gracious and kind. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would book here again!

Great property for a large group attending a golf getaway in the Fairmont Hot Springs area. House was very spacious and came with many amenities for our stay.
