Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces & free on-street parking. Explore the Quayside cafes & shops, or stroll into Exeter's historic city centre, famed for its cathedral & charming streets. Beaches and the countryside are also within easy reach!  
  
The Space:  
Nestled on a peaceful green square in Exeter, this beautiful Victorian home offers spacious and comfortable accommodations for families or groups. The property comprises four charming bedrooms: one single room on the ground floor, a king room and double room on the first floor, and another king room with ensuite on the top floor. Each bedroom is designed for restful nights, featuring comfortable beds and ample storage space for your belongings. Two full bathrooms and a convenient ensuite bathroom cater to your needs, ensuring everyone has sufficient privacy and convenience.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cafetiere, and a selection of cookware and tableware. The dining table provides a welcoming space for family meals or gatherings. Next door, snuggle up to movie nights on the smart TV in the cosy living room. We also have a DVD player with a large collection of classics!  
  
In the summer, enjoy a delightful courtyard garden that offers a tranquil outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment, providing a serene retreat after exploring Exeter's attractions. You'll find outdoor seating and a firepit for warmer evenings (wood not provided). It also has rear access if you are bringing bikes.  
  
Free on-street parking is available for one vehicle and needs to be arranged in advance.

This beautiful Victorian home is nestled on a peaceful green square in Exeter, a charming and historic city. The vibrant Exeter Quayside, brimming with cafes, shops, and restaurants offering a variety of culinary delights, is around a 25-minute walk. Exeter's city centre, famed for its magnificent cathedral and picturesque streets, is also easily accessible on foot and is around a 15-minute walk. Exeter University (St Luke's Campus) and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital are both under a 10-minute walk, as is a good-sized Waitrose for all your essentials.  
  
For those seeking a more leisurely pace, the tranquil green square itself provides a delightful setting for relaxation. The charming neighbourhood offers a blend of historical architecture and modern amenities, creating a unique and memorable experience. Beaches and the stunning Devon countryside are within easy driving distance, making this an ideal base for exploring the region.  
  
Getting Around:  
We provide a free on-street parking for one vehicle and can offer additional parking for a second vehicle, but this is subject to availability. This must be arranged in advance so please get in touch if you require parking for your stay.

No smoking inside the building.  
This is a residential area so please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at night. Any complaints from neighbours could lead to a cancellation of your booking without a refund.

Beautiful house felt very much a family home . Super quiet location being opposite the small green . We were very lucky with the weather and also were able to enjoy the very peaceful garden too
