Close to Downtown Eureka Springs, has parking, and is family and pet friendly! Perfect for easily getting to all the attractions of Eureka Springs, biking, hiking, shopping, dining, lakes and rivers. This retreat features two smart TVs with streaming services, an apartment-size fridge, a microwave, toaster oven, Kitchen sink, a coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, a tea kettle, and a cozy living area. The Space: Fresh Spin Cottage is offered by Hosted Journey Vacation Rentals. Originally built sometime in the 1950s as one of six motor hotel cottages. Fresh Spin was previously the home of our local internet radio station KFresh! The other cottages now house small businesses including a professional massage and wellness center, private counseling service, salon, and other vacation rentals Please read this entire listing before booking. You are just a few minutes from Downtown Eureka Springs and restaurants and nightlife. You are between the Leatherwood Mountain Bike Trails and the Passion Play Trails. There is ample room in the cottage to lock your bikes up. Distance to: Kings River Public Access is 12 miles Table Rock Lake Public Access and Holiday Island Marina is 8 miles Beaver Lake and Starkey Marina is 15 miles Downtown Eureka Springs 1 mile Bentonville, AR 40 miles Branson, MO 55 miles Other Things to Note: Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. Great communication from the owner before arrival. Be aware there is no kitchen sink so you will use the bathroom sink to clean any dishes used. The parking area is tight, and it fronts a busy road. The place was very clean and check in was super easy. However, in the ad it says that there is a kitchenette. A kitchenette means a small 2 burner stove, a small frige and small counter-space. There was no stove. Also the ad says that there was cookware. There was no cookware. There were some plates and cups but there were no cookware. Also, there was some dishwashing soap and scrub brushes to scrub dishes but there was no kitchen sink to wash the dishes in. So it was not as advertised. ##### Giovanni F.
