Carlton Landing offers pools, hot tub, courts, trails, parks, swim beach, Aqua Park, shops & dining. \*\*\*We also have another profile for this home that includes the garage apartment, allowing the property to sleep up to 18 guests in total.\*\*\* Main home (Sleeps 12) \-Entry Level Open concept with a fully stocked kitchen (includes basic spices and oil), dining room with large table, and living room with Smart TV. Laundry room and half bath for convenience. King bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bath with shower only. Large balcony off the kitchen/dining/living area features a big table for gathering and enjoying evening meals with lake views. \-Lower Level Perfect for kids or extra guests with 4 twin bunk beds, Smart TV, shuffleboard game, and kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and toaster oven.
