The Bruce is one large room. The colors and decor are very relaxing. A comfortable bed and linens. Everything is upscale and really enjoyable. Good directions and communication with the owner. I am surprised no other reviews have mentioned that this Vrbo is right on the main road. Inside we did not hear the traffic but sitting on the private deck and garden area in the back, you hear the traffic. Not a huge deal but you’re not in the woods. Roomy, well-appointed and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better location as we sought out sunsets at Peninsula State Park, crashing waves at Cave Point County Park and the smooth rocks at Schoolhouse Beach on Washington Island. The house is really one big room with a wall between the bed and the kitchen area. The views are wonderful. You are on the main road through the area but it is very quiet inside and we didn’t notice the road. Love everything about the cabin. The location is easy access to any of the Door county cities. The coziness, reading on the deck looking into the woods and gardens directly in front of us.
