  • A charming vintage duplex that retains it's original character while offering a warm cottage feel. Located at The Point Emerald Isle. Easy walk to Two Beach Accesses. Great Sunrise and Sunset Views. Ocean and Sound Views. Off season Driving access (check with Town of Emerald Isle). Fishing, or just weekend getaway. Great access to Coast Guard road 2.5 mile walk, run, or bike path. This is an original older home. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in porch. Upper deck with chairs/lounge chairs. kitchen with full size refrigerator, full size stove/oven, microwave, dish washer and Keurig. Clothes washer and dryer. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
    This is an East and West side duplex and there is a homeowner that lives in the west side.
    **We do not provide towels or linens.

Very nice property. Great location, short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to messages. Beds were comfortable, good amount of space, nice screened in back deck. We will definitely be staying again.

We had an absolute amazing time. Property was nice and clean. Open space downstairs for family to spend time together. Great location very quiet and relaxing. Definitely will be returning

We enjoyed our week at this cute beach cottage. Location near the Point and other beach access was perfect. Kitchen and living room were great to hang out as a family. We loved the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit small and lacked counter space. Overall a great spot to enjoy the beach!

The place was good for the price,but the house is not that clean,,,when we arrived in we found dirty clothes at the room,and by the wall floors are dusty it seems like they cleaned just around,the beach is about a little more of quarter of mile walking exactly .34 mile.

This house is so cute! We stayed here and we are most definitely staying again. The house is in a perfect place not long walk to the point and not long walk to the beach access the Atlantic Ocean too! I would say the walk to the beach you got a decent size dune to go over so be mindful of that. The house was very clean and perfect for a small family or a few friends!

This duplex is in a great location & located on the pointe! Only a 5-10 minute drive to town. The walk to the beach is very short, but just as a heads up most of the walk is in sand. The home itself is very clean & the host was great communicating with us making sure we were all set for check in! The only downside is towels & linens aren’t provided, and extra trash bags however the host makes this known ahead of time so we were prepared. Overall, great stay & would stay again!

Great Location!

We loved our stay! The house is in a perfect location- just a short walk from the beach. Very quiet area and much less crowded section of the beach.

We had the best time! The beach access was so close! The beach area was beautiful and clean! The condo was clean and spacious! My kids had the best time even just sitting out on the balcony outside the sliding doors of the bedrooms. We loved how close it was to go grab some groceries and out to eat, and we loved that it wasn’t overly crowded and could easily find a place to set up on the beach. The place was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend this beach condo. So fun and spacious and clean!

This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!

Great location, beach access close (be prepared for walk through the sand with hills).. No linens provided so be prepared for that. Full kitchen to prepare meals.

Great location

Nice interior. Plenty of room. It does take a bit of a trek through dunes to get to the water but beaches in the area are impressively wide and spacious. Not the "no linens". That is definitely unusual for similar listings.

Cool place, great location, good host

My mother and I had a wonderful time staying at this really neat home. The outdoor showers were very convenient and the decks had pretty views showing the neighborhood and ocean in the background. The house was very clean.The location was amazing. The Point, which is only a few minutes (walking distance) away is spectacular. The host was great to work with, great communication. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at this special spot!
